Somnium Neo naturally reduces the symptoms associated with insomnia and nervous agitation, to help you fall asleep and get a good night's rest throughout the night, maintaining a continuous sleep cycle.

It contains melatonin, a natural hormone that reduces the time needed to fall asleep, California poppy, valerian and hops with a calming and sedative action, as a treatment for anxiety and nervousness and lemon balm, traditionally used to promote restful rest and which, thanks to its retard formulation, allows its active ingredients to be absorbed throughout the night, thus maintaining the continuous sleep cycle and preventing nocturnal awakenings.

Ingredients

Thinner (cellulose), casing (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), dry extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham) standardised to 0.25% alkaloids 75 mg, dry extract of hops (Humulus lupulus L.) standardised to 0.3% rutin 50 mg, dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. ) standardised to 2% rosmarinic acid 50 mg, dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) standardised to 0.3% valerianic acid 25 mg, sweetener (xylitol), carrier (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), melatonin 1,9 mg.

Directions of use

Take 1 capsule a day, 30 minutes before going to bed.

Warnings

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep container in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Contains sweetener. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
