Relax Neo promotes the body's relaxation mechanisms and helps to decontract. Its formulation combines the muscle relaxant effect of magnesium and vitamin B6 with rhodiola, an adaptogenic medicinal plant that increases tolerance to various stressors, normalising the way in which the body responds to stress.

Ingredients

Bulking agent (cellulose), Rhodiola dry extract (Rhodiola rosea L.) standardised to 1% salidrosides, magnesium gluconate, casing (gelatine), carrier (shellac), sweetener (xylitol), pyridoxine HCl.

Directions of use

To support the body's natural relaxation mechanisms, it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning, for maximum effect throughout the day.

As a muscle relaxant, take 3 capsules in the evening.
